Brian Duffy (1933 – 2010) was a British photographer, whose fashion photos and portraits marked the art world, especially in the 1960s/1970s. He collaborated three times with David Bowie, the first time for the iconic cover of "Aladdin Sane" (1973), then for that of the album "Lodger" (1979), finally for the photographs of "Scary Monsters" ( 1980), some of which were used by illustrator and painter Edward Bell for Bowie’s portrait on the front cover of the disc.
