WTC > paintings

The mail submitting the "World Trade Center Renaissance" project to Rudy Giuliani was sent to his office during the fall of 2002, when the "Renaissance" paintings were being made and in parallel of when director Gédéon Naudet and I exchanged on the phone about my project. I received the response from Rudy Giuliani's cabinet by mid-January 2003 (reproduced here), thus some time after returning from New York and after that the canvases were delivered to James Hanlon at the Manhattan's Engine7-Ladder 1 Fire Station.
